Taiba Higher Training Institutes Company works through three connected operating arms, training, recruitment and English language, across its branches in Madinah, Riyadh and Khamis Mushait.
Recruitment arm
Kafaat Taiba
The Taiba National Competencies Recruitment Office attracts job seekers, assesses their readiness, links them with suitable openings, organises job days and interviews, and follows up after hiring.
English language arm
ELSO Academy
General, professional and business English programmes, preparation for international tests such as IELTS, and conversation and communication skills.
Training arm
Taiba Institutes
Fourteen intermediate diplomas, qualifying and development courses, and CBP-accredited professional certificates across seven training fields.

Complete and sign the application form, or register through the online admission portal.

Read the regulations
Read and sign the institute’s policies and terms.

Document check
We check your original certificates, official documents and medical report against your application.
Step 04
Pay and start
Pay the 2,000 SAR admission fee, which counts towards the diploma fees, then start at the beginning of the term.

Before you enrol
Questions applicants ask
What are the admission requirements?
Applicants must be Saudi or resident in the Kingdom, hold a secondary-school certificate or equivalent, be medically fit, and meet any conditions TVTC announces at the time of applying. Public and private sector employees are welcome.
Can I continue to a bachelor’s degree after the diploma?
Yes. You can apply with your diploma to universities and colleges that offer the specialisation, and credit hours are counted under each university’s rules. The institute also offers graduates bridging and credit-transfer routes with local and international universities, especially in construction and surveying.
Is there an extra fee for practical training?
No. The diploma fees cover both study at the institute and the practical (cooperative) training period.
Can I transfer to another specialisation?
Yes. You submit a letter to the academic supervisor, it is then raised to training administration, and shared courses are credited. This happens during the transfer request period in the training calendar.
Can I postpone my studies?
Yes. You may postpone one training term during the programme for an accepted reason, by writing to the academic supervisor; the request is then raised for approval.
