Applying is five steps, and nothing is hidden

Academic diplomas are advisory-led: you apply, we verify your documents and send a written quotation with tuition, instalments and timetable. Professional courses skip the process entirely — buy online and your seat is confirmed immediately.
Step by step

How to apply

The whole route takes about a week from first enquiry to a confirmed seat, assuming your documents are ready. Every stage has a named advisor — you will not be handed between departments.

1. Choose your route

Decide whether you need an academic diploma (multi-semester qualification, quoted in writing) or a training programme (professional course under 28 days, or qualifying course over 28 days, purchasable online). If you are not sure, an advisor will map your background to a route free of charge.

2. Submit the application form

Complete the form on this page, or visit any branch. You will receive an acknowledgement immediately and a call from an admissions advisor within one working day.

3. Document verification

Send your national ID or Iqama, secondary-school certificate and a personal photograph. The Admissions department verifies eligibility for the specific diploma you selected, including any placement test required for language programmes.

4. Written quotation and offer

For diplomas we issue a written quotation covering total tuition, the instalment schedule, the branch, the timetable and the intake date. Nothing is payable before you receive it. For courses the published price is the price.

5. Payment and enrolment

Pay the registration instalment to confirm your seat. You will receive your student number, timetable, branch details and — for online or blended delivery — your Zoom or Google Meet session links.

Eligibility

Requirements

Requirements differ between academic diplomas and short training programmes. Both lists
are short and we verify them before you pay anything.

Academic diplomas

  • Saudi secondary-school certificate (any track) or a recognised equivalent.
  • Minimum age 17 at the start of the first semester.
  • Valid national ID or Iqama.
  • Medical fitness for field-based programmes (surveying, engineering, HSE).
  • Placement test for programmes taught in English.
  • Interview with an academic advisor for transfer or credit-recognition cases.

Professional & qualifying courses

  • No academic prerequisite for most professional courses.
  • Valid ID for certificate issuance.
  • Stated experience level where a course is marked intermediate or advanced.
  • A laptop for lab-based IT, design and data courses.
  • Stable internet for live online delivery via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • For PMP® preparation: the project-hours evidence PMI requires for the exam itself.

Two different models, deliberately. Diplomas are quoted; courses are priced publicly and sold online.

Diplomas — quoted

Total tuition, instalment schedule and any discount are confirmed in a written quotation before you pay. No price is published because it varies with branch, intake and credit recognition.

Courses — published price

Every professional and qualifying course shows its price, start date and remaining seats. Buy online and your seat is confirmed immediately.

Corporate — fixed proposal

Group training is quoted per headcount with a fixed total, certificates for each participant and an attendance report on completion.

Admission questions

Can I apply straight after secondary school?
Yes — school leavers are our largest group of diploma applicants. You need your secondary-school certificate from any track and to be at least 17 at the start of the first semester. No prior work experience is required.
